Stretch At Your Desk

I think we can all agree that sitting at a desk for 8+ hours in a day, in front of our computers, day in and day out isn’t the best of activities for cultivating balanced health. Maybe you don’t see the affects of this “activity” (or the lack thereof) in a week or a month, but over time, without doing anything to combat the negative affects, you leave yourself open to things like carpal tunnel, tendinitis, chronic neck and shoulder pain, chronic headaches, eye strain and that’s just naming a few.  So consider taking mini breaks at your desk to stretch.
